The Red Lion @ Kniveton, Derbyshire

Get yer driving gloves and drinkin’ trousers on… we’re going on a ROAD TRIP!!!

The Red Lion at Kniveton is nestled in the Derbyshire Dales – an 18th Century village pub serving proper cider, real ale and cracking food.

It’s been on our cider bucket list for quite some time and we’re damn excited to be taking the Skimmity party there on Saturday 8th February!

“February this year marks the 5th anniversary of Kniveton Cider Company taking over the Red Lion. To celebrate we will be throwing a raucous cider-fuelled party with the help of the Skimmity Hitchers – the West Country favourites will be bringing their Scrumpy and Western show to Kniveton on a rare trip this far north of the M5 Gloucester Services!”

Amazing pub. Lovely location. Fine ciders. Free entry.

Music starts 8pm. Cider imbibing starts much earlier.
